Most firms book dancers. We deploy movement professionals assessed and placed under a proprietary four-pillar technical standard. When you cast DANCA Media talent, you are working with a DKA-standard production professional — physically conditioned, professionally disciplined, and operationally managed to institutional grade. All talent placements are subject to engagement-specific terms; IP and legal structuring are governed by the applicable MSA and are not automatically included in a talent placement. Where production involves union or guild talent (SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, AGMA, AEA), applicable collective bargaining obligations are identified at brief stage and addressed in the SOW and engagement terms prior to production commencement.
