We execute Dance Campaigns and Multimedia Content under your agency’s brand identity, functioning as the technical production partner. Your clients see your brand on the deliverable. We handle the creative, the logistics, the talent, and the production to institutional standards. Partners are responsible for ensuring this arrangement complies with any applicable disclosure requirements in their sector or client contracts. For any engagement involving a public-sector or government client, the agency is responsible for disclosing DANCA Media’s role as a production subcontractor in all applicable vendor filings, VENDEX submissions, and subcontractor certification documentation. DANCA Media will provide subcontractor documentation upon request.

Who This Is For
You already have the clients and the briefs. The Partner Program provides the production infrastructure, IP filing coordination capability, and commission structure to serve those clients at a higher level and generate revenue beyond the initial engagement. Commission is earned on Qualifying Transactions attributed to your written client introduction, as defined in the executed Partner Agreement. Attribution requires a written brief identifying the client, with the client contracting with DANCA Media within 12 months of that introduction. Commission is calculated on net collected amounts after applicable platform fees, processing fees, and third-party royalty obligations attributable to the specific transaction; full methodology is defined in the Partner Agreement. No commission obligation of any kind exists until a Partner Agreement is fully executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Investment
DANCA Media engagements are scoped to the specific needs of each partner. Production engagements typically start from $25K+; IP filing coordination is a separate line item. Scope, timeline, and strategic complexity are all factored into every proposal. Itemised cost breakdowns are available on request for procurement review.
Standard turnaround: discovery call within 48 hours of first contact, one-page proposal within 48 hours of that call. Expedited timelines are available and addressed in engagement terms. Submitting a brief is the first step. There is no obligation until a proposal is accepted.
